Hi Desiree, is not your problem at all. I have set a new feature in the shoutbox. You need to register in order to use it.
Registration is EASY!!!
Simply click on the Register link near the TOP LEFT of the shoutbox. Very small button there.
Key in your desire USERNAME and PASSWORD, and repeat the PASSWORD one more time.
Then the next time you login, just key in back the Username and Password you have set earlier.
If there is anymore problem, just let me know ;)
