please help me ... i cannot see shoutbox from my pc at home ... what can i see only msg showed that action canceled .... but i can see shoutbox from my laptop ... why??

Unfortunately, the webmaster (me) is also facing the same problem. It happens since this evening.

I think it is not our problems but the company that provides Shoutmix (www.shoutmix.com) is down itself.

We'll just have to wait to see if they will fix it quickly.

Leremy, why not give a try to the google talk chat box? i used it before...not bad

The functionality of Google Talk is OK, but it requires someone to have Google account before you can actually use it (if I am not mistaken). Not everyone has Google account, while the procedure is a bit long to get a Google account. Most of the members here is not IT-Savvy, and I think it will create complication if we use Google Talk.

Another problem about Google Talk is the design. I don't think Google Talk allows us to change the color and other setting it provides. It will be a problem to blend it with the site.

So far this is the first time ShoutMix chatbox gone down. Hopefully, they will fix it quickly before I ask them to compensate our lost (hahahaha).

Already write an email to Shoutmix to complain.
