How to send message in the shoutbox.

I am old timer. No IT savvy member. Pls guide me how to use the shoutbox. Not used to this trendy one.
Is it, type the sentence and 'enter'. I could send yesterday. This morning cannot send.

First is to login.
After you have typed your message, just press the enter button of your keyboard and that's it.

Hi Pssoon,
Apparently my other PC is having the same problem. It cannot send message by just pressing ENTER nor click the "Send" button which I just added.
Pssoon, can you update me again if you still can't send message to the shoutbox even by pressing the Send button, which I just added?
