Yea, I read that line too from his recent interview, but I don't quite understand what he meant.

i think it means, he will leave enough money for them so tat they can do anything, such as invest further, do business, and stuff... but not enough so tat they can just sit at home and just spending the money...
i think it means like this... hehe...
