The sequoia tree is the biggest living thing on earth. It can grow to a height of 3000 feet. Its trunk, at four feet above the ground, may have a diameter of 36 feet. Its bark can be as thick as two feet. Its roots can spread over four acres of land. It has millions of tiny seeds surrounded by tiny wings which can fly.

This tree can live over 3000 years. Amazing, isn’t it?

The Malayan Stock Exchange was formed in 1960. Trading of shares commenced on May 09, 1960.
Bursa MaLaysia came into existence in 2004 with total market capitalization of MR700 billion.
As at end June 2007, the market capitalization stood st US307 billion.

Google was last traded at US$711.25 per share. Its
total shares outstanding as at Nov 4, 2007 stood at 312,100,000 This means a market capitalization
of billion US$221,981,125,000.
