Only if you have very little of being wrong that you would be worried about being wrong. And that could only be that you re not in the game long enough. Heh heh.

Once you re in the game long enough, you wouldnt be too worried about it. I was with Ben's blog long time before this forum was made. Where I am right and where I am wrong, is no secret. They know :)

However, you re still missing the point here. The ­object­ here is not right or wrong. Its about Money Management, or Risk Management or whatever name you call it.

Fact 1: I am longer in the forum
Meaning: As mentioned - my picks right and wrong is well known. No reason to hide as it is already public knowledge. Therefore, I really not concerned of that.

Fact 2: What Guru Status? Everytime someone called me sifu, I ask not to do so - in fact sometimes very sternly.
Meaning: No one should accept Guru status. No one. The moment we think we are guru status, we will lose.

Fact 3: Do not worry about being right or wrong.
Meaning:
1) No one in this world can know 100% for sure whether a stock is going up or down. No one. To say that one knows that means you know collectively what everyone is doing and what they will continue to do and ultimately the impact on the market. This is simply baloney.
2) A system must always be backtested. Ultimately it is a game of probability. So long as you know your system has a probability of more than 50%, have sufficient capital, and discipline to execute, then you know for sure than the Law of Averages will work themselves out.

Fact 4: Money Management should be in your thread - because you advocate ppl to sell their cars. And your friend tstan recommend to even sell their homes and wives.
Meaning: Many ppl rise and fall. An example would be Curtis Faith, one of the original turtles. Another would be Victor Niederhoffer. And even the great Jessie Livermore failed at this. Lets not act like champions - have you even reach what they have accomplished? It pays to learn from these people's mistakes.

Fact 5: Your thread? Excuse me? You sure you started this thread?
Meaning: Check first before making a claim.
