say... what is the minimum time ­frame­ for a director of certain company to announce their stake changes?

if a certain stock has jumped in their volume lately but their directors did not made any announcements meaning where the hell is the volume coming from? the sky?

all comments are again welcome...

ok... so lets say their proxies of director A of Company B are selling, so do director A need to declare their sales to bursa?
