I dont play much 4D but anyways here is what I think
1) 0000 - 9999 = 10,000 numbers = RM10K
2) No idea actually, prize money got some changes before and I didnt keep track but definitely lower than 10K.
3) Well, can bantai one lead number - buy 1,000 numbers BIG. But should based on the probabilities.
4) 5973 = all different numbers = 24.
5) 4277 = 2 number same so 24/2 = 12
6) Well, can try Point and Figure chart but I never try before :P
