At the Financial Statement, I can see "Group" and "Company", and normally the figures are very near to each other. What is the difference and what does they represent?
Thank you!

Hmm... I thought I answered this in the chatbox?
# Maxforce One is company level, another is group of companies level

# Maxforce Normally group is more important as many listed companies are holding companies

Maxforce, Company results are at individual company level whereas Group results take into account the results of subsidiary and associate companies. Eg If Company A owns 90% of Company B, Coy A results will be at Company Level. The Group results will combine Company A & Company B results. If Coy A earns RM10 profits and Coy B earns RM20 profits. Company level will show RM10 profits whereas Group Result will show (RM10 ie profis from coy A) + (RM20 less RM2 ie profits fr Company B less minority interest of 10% of Coy B) RM28. Normally Company and Group results will not be quite close. Hope my explanation is clear.
